Where are you based?
We are situated in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa.
Do you have a physical shop?
We are primarily an online retailer, so we don't have a shop as such. It is within our 5 year plan to set up shop with all our camper products on display but for now we will only be retailing through our online store.
May I return, cancel or refund my order?
You are welcome to return a product if you are not completely satisfied within 15 working days from purchase. Refunds are only issued if the returned product item is in a perfect condition. You are responsible for the shipping fee for returned goods.
If the product is faulty we will issue a refund or an exchange.

If ou would like to cancel your order notify us immediately. If the package has already been shipped you will be liable for the courier costs. A 30% handling fee will be applicable and you will be refunded within 10 working days.
Can I collect my order to avoid a delivery charge?
Yes! You can arrange collection if you are in the area on the cart page before checking out.
We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection and the collection address will be sent through. Our office is based in Pretoria.
You can collect your order during business hours: Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 16:00. (Excl Public holidays)

How long will it take to get my order to me?
We use a variety of couriers who will deliver your order directly to you. Please ensure to provide your correct delivery address and contact details in order for us to get your camping gear to your door as soon as possible.
Once we have cleared your payment in our bank account we will process your order. And once dispatched, your order is in the hands of the chosen courier. Local couriers are quite quick - usually within 3 working days but areas outside main centres may take up to 5 working days.

International shipments outside of South Africa can take anything from 7 up until 30 days.​

Some camper items may take longer because we only keep limited stock and it may take an additional 2-3 working days to dispatch and have it delivered to you.

Unfortunately, delays experienced while your order is being transported are completely out of our control, and Trasiki is not liable for any damages caused by late deliveries caused by our couriers.
How much does delivery cost?
We at Trasiki try to keep our delivery costs to a minimum.

Delivery all across South Africa under 5kg is only R120.00.
The courier cost of orders over 5kg are based on the total weight and will be calculated at Checkout.

Deliveries in Pretoria is only R60.00
​
International shipping outside South Africa is available and will be calculated at the checkout page.
Additional fees, such as customs clearance, duties, and taxes, may be charged by the courier or local authorities.
Are your products manufactured locally?
We choose our camper products with the best quality from a variety suppliers and manufacturers.
We strive to support local manufacturers in South Africa but some of our items are imported from oversees.
How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your payment has been cleared we will process your order. Our team will package it and send you an email with the tracking link once your order has been dispatched. And you can track your order all the way to your door
I have not received my order, what should I do?
If you have not received your order, please contact us on +27 67 352 1153 and talk to a team member.
Please ensure that your contact details are correct when placing an order. If you didn't receive an email when you placed your order it could be that your email address is possibly incorrect as our system automatically generates an email to confirm.

If you have not received your package within a reasonable time, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, delays experienced while your order is being transported are completely out of our control, so Trasiki cannot be held liable for any damages caused by delays with our couriers.
