Return and Refund Policy
You are welcome to return a product if you are not completely satisfied or unable to use it.
If the product item was correctly supplied, a 30% handling fee will be charged.
You will only be refunded if the returned product is in a perfect unused condition.
You are responsible for the shipment fee for the returned goods.
If the product is faulty we will offer a full refund or exchange. And the shipment fee will be covered by us back to the store.
Returned products will first be checked before any refunds or exchanges are issued.
Refunds will take 10 working days, this gives us time to inspect the item and make sure the funds have cleared.

Shipping Terms and Conditions
We use a variety of local couriers for our deliveries. Our shipments are done within 24 to 72 hours after payment have been cleared in our account. This excludes items that has to be manufactured or custom made.
Our shipping rates are based on the weight and size of your order and will be calculated at checkout.
Once the package have been handed over to the courier, the courier company can take anything from 2 to 5 days to deliver. Please note that is the buyers responsibility to give correct information for delivery.
You will be notified once the courier collected your parcel and the tracking number will be emailed to you.
Orders received on a Friday will go out on the Monday.
If you are in the area, you are welcome to collect from us in Pretoria. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection and the collection address will be sent through.
You are more than welcome to send your own courier or driver to collect.
